I want to be a bird
Flying high in the sky
Whirling & swirling among the clouds
Few twigs, cotton buds and grass
Will suffice
To make my nest
To bear the eggs
And
Wait to hatch them.
Few seeds and cereals
To feed them full
Gradually
They will learn
To hop and fly
Leaving my nest forever
To earn
Their new life
With a life partner
At their side.
Her aspirations
Will be same as mine
Rocketing high
Up to the sky
The expectations minimal
To hang on
In the ground
And needs will be lest
To enjoy life at its best.
